‘Arthur’ character comes out and gets married

Congratulations Mr. Ratburn! The beloved elementary school educator came out as gay and tied the knot with another male in the Season 22 premiere of PBS Kids show “Arthur.” The episode is titled “Mr. Ratburn & the Special Someone.”
