JCPenney embraces gay dads

JC Penney, continuing its trend of gay-inclusive advertising, has two dads in its June catalog, along with their family. To coincide with Father’s Day, Todd Koch and Cooper Smith with kids Claire and Mason – appear in a Father’s Day-themed circular. The tagline reads: “First Pals: What makes Dad so cool? He’s the swim coach, tent maker, best friend, bike fixer and hug giver–all rolled into one. Or two.”

The One Million Moms whining about Ellen received a national backlash, and has caused Christians en masse to stay away from the store.
