COLAGE registration open for Family Week

Green Dads reports that COLAGE registration has opened for Family Week 2009.

COLAGE offers programming for youth every year at Family Week in Provincetown.

Early bird rates are in effect until May 15th, 2009. Sign-up today and it’s only $65 per youth to register for a full week of activities for youth in 3rd thru 12th grades who have/had one or more LGBTQ parents. (No one is turned away for lack of funds).

According to its website, the COLAGE daily program includes recreational activities, peer workshops, creative expression activities, leadership development and youth empowerment that allow participants to gain confidence and pride, make new friends, express themselves creatively. Over 200 youth ages 8 to 18 – and more than 30 adult volunteers – participated in previous year’s activities.
