I met my adopted son when he was 8 years old and he is now 19. My partner, Honey B, and I have been together since 1994. This week we celebrated the 9th Anniversary of our Commitment Ceremony. Recently, I published a trilogy of books inspired by my son who has Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). The books are about the interracial adoption of a special needs child into the home with two loving and committed mothers.
