The Family Equality Council updates us on "Buddy G". The lucky little cartoon boy with two moms has a promising future

The producers of Buddy G provided a guest post on the Family Equality Council Blog, January 23rd.

The post helps us understand the producers' frame of mind while creating something totally original from scratch:

The Backyardigans - premiered their new TV movie “Tale of the Mighty Knights” Monday January 14, on Nickelodeon.

In the hour-long special, royal knights - Uniqua and Tyrone - are asked by King Pablo to babysit a dragon egg, but they also have to deal with a feisty goblin - Austin - and a mischievous fairy - Tasha.

Buddy G - My Two Moms and Me will premiere with the release of a DVD just in time for a holiday delivery this year.

The star of the cartoon is "Buddy G," a five year old boy who loves science and solves daily problems with the help of his sidekick "Socrates," an armband computer with Internet capabilities. The series features state-of-the-art 3-D animation.
