Family Week

Family Equality Council announced that registration for the 16th Annual Family Week - in Provincetown, MA - is open. The Week is July 30th through Saturday, August 6th. Family Week is the largest national gathering of the LGBT family community in the United States. The early-bird deadline is May 13, 2011. Online registration ends July 22, 2011.

Join hundreds of GLBT families in P-town for the 15th annual celebration of lesbian and gay families July 31 - August 7 in Provincetown, MA. It's a powerful and fun family vacation!

The Family Equality Council has announced the launch of the Family Week 2009 website!

Scheduled for August 1-8, 2009 in Provincetown, MA, Family Week is the largest gathering of LGBT families and their friends in the United States. The 14th annual Family Week offers workshops, social gatherings, meals and much more for all ages.

At least one news source is reporting that "frustrated parents are learning that piles of tickets are being handed out to 'special groups,' including gay and lesbian families."

Since 2006, the Family Equality Council has encouraged gay and lesbian families to wait in line for tickets to the event. Many gay parents have camped out and scored coveted tickets to the White House Easter Egg Roll. It's become an annual event for many FEC members.
