Examiner.com reports that lesbian mom Alexis Lieberman, M.D., pediatrician since 1996, announced the opening of a private practice near the Art Museum, dubbed Fairmount Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine.

Mountain Meadow’s mission is to empower all youth from LGBTQ and other non-traditional families. The Summer Camp program takes place in Southern New Jersey - about an hour from Philadelphia - from August 10 to 23. The two-week residential camp for up to 80 youth (ages 9-17) plus a staff of 40 has been the primary program of Mountain Meadow since 1981.

Cookie magazine features a home makeover story about a family outside of Philadelphia, living in a 1683 colonial-style building. The family consists of Chris, Oscar, and their son, Lucas, who was born in June 2006 via surrogate.

The family moved into the mansion - named Point Reading - in 2003 and began it's restoration immediately.

The Philadelphia Inquirer gives the show gets a so-so review with a nod to set design.

Gay dads are celebrating Father's Day in big numbers as lesbian and gay parents continue to become more visible across the country. The 2000 U.S. Census estimated that 22 percent of gay couples have at least one child under 18 in their home.
