Christine Gaiennie [left] and Patsy Lovell [right] - from Placentia, California - have welcomed quadruplets. Both women work as civilians for the Irvine Police Department. They have been together 5 years and have a 2-year-old son by the same sperm donor as the quads. The couple met on the job 14 years ago, when they worked as police dispatchers.
The Hindustan Times is reporting that an Israeli couple has left India with twins (a boy and a girl) who were conceived through surrogacy. The new dads worked with the Centre for Human Reproduction - in Mumbai - which matched them with an Indian woman to donate the eggs, and a separate surrogate.
A lesbian couple in Fresno have welcomed their 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th child into the world. The babies were born 6 weeks prematurely, and will come home from the hospital in about 6 weeks.

Romaine Patterson and her partner Iris welcomed their first child on July 20. Romaine Katherine Patterson was born by c-section at 4:57 PM, weighed in at 10 lbs, 7 oz and measured 21.5 inches.
