In a case involving twins born of a surrogate mother in India, it looks as if all will work out after a two month wait:

Good news on the homefront for the twins born in India to a single father from Israel. We have commented on this case several times for the last few weeks, and it looks as if the Prime Minister now is involved.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday a gay father waiting in India with his infant twin sons due to the Interior Ministry's refusal to administer a paternity test must be allowed to come back to Israel.
TGIF to all once again. We have quite a few updates on the legal front as far as IVF and the related technologies are concerned - again, I blame the entire Octo-Mom mess.
