Did you vote today? I did - bright and early this morning, so that there were no excuses. But, there are many issues in several states that need to be considered when voting today, even though gay marriage and stem cell research are not the focus this election year. Let's not forget Amendment 62 in Colorado -
"Two years after Coloradoans rejected an indirect attempt to illegalize abortion by redefining a human embryo as a "person," the proposed amendment to the state constitution is back on the ballot.
You will be hard pressed to find a greater advocate for reproductive choice than me. But as tragic as this case may be, I believe Ms. Evans needs a therapist, not a gestational carrier:
With time on your hands over the holidays, I thought I would update everyone on a few interesting additions to the television line up. Modern Families on ABC is a great show in many ways, as is shows how different families can be while poking fun at itself. Some things are clearly cliche; but, you can't have everything!

I was originally going to stay out of this story, but I have become intrigued by how this story has been handled by the media and those with their differing opinions. I actually feel sorry for Madonna as she is being dragged over the coals - a thought that is actually surprising for me, as I normally would never feel sorry for her in any way.
