Surrogacy - Well, the birth and subsequent remarks made by Nicole Kidman, who just had a daughter via surrogacy with her husband Keith Urban, is causing quite a stir in their native country Australia. The web is filled with comments regarding Nicole's statement:

“Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret. No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier."

My experience as a Gestational Surrogate all three times was wonderful. However, the agencies that represented myself and the Intended Parents, was not.
This got the gears going inside my head that I could create the "ultimate agency," and I have.
I can't imagine not being a part of the amazing process of Surrogacy and I have the ability to work each day at a job that I honestly love.

You will be hard pressed to find a greater advocate for reproductive choice than me. But as tragic as this case may be, I believe Ms. Evans needs a therapist, not a gestational carrier:
