Dear Baby Mama...

The clock is ticking away 'til our initial meeting with the surrogacy agency. A little nerve racking? Why yes. Thanks for asking. We just finished the questionnaire and sent in our photos, which should help us find a suitable donor/carrier. The thing we have to remember is that this matching process is a two-way street. It’s also pretty competitive, particularly with the carrier. It’s not as easy as going to Whole Foods and handpicking the best melons. You see, the melons have to pick you as well. Imagine being rejected by a watermelon or a cantaloupe. I’ve been rejected by many a “fruit” before and honey dew, it ain’t fun! So Steve and I just HAD to put our best foot forward in hopes of plucking a ripe Baby Mama from the vine, who would want to get into our basket.

The last part of the questionnaire asks you to write a page about what you would like your donor/carrier to know about yourselves. We were a little iffy on it, but decided to go with the below! Let us know what you think!
