LezGetReal.com is proud to announce the grand opening of our activism site, The Rainbow Dragon Network!
The RDN is a network of outreach organizations and individuals that are dedicated to helping members of the LGBT community through tough times. We have been working hard to bring you A Gay Girl's View of the World, and share our experiences and insights with you. Now, we are using our voice to make an impact on the LGBT community through the creation of The Rainbow Dragon Network.
We've found that members of the LGBT community have unique issues and concerns and we aim to help by providing a directory of organizations dedicated to helping LGBT individuals and their families; as well as a social networking website that will allow those in need to communicate with others who might be in a similar situation.
You might find yourself in need of legal advice, adoption resources, employment, financial assistance, etc. There are organizations available for these specific needs and we hope we can connect you with them if you are in need. Volunteers from LezGetReal.com created The Rainbow Dragon Network in response to the many lesbians who come to us in need. The program expanded to include the entire LGBT community and our motto is "Don't Tread on Me".
*If you are an LGBT individual in need, please be sure to visit the main website for information on outreach organizations that can help you.
*If you are an LGBT individual and would like to participate in helping others in the LGBT community, we invite you to join our social network and share your advice and insights with those in need.
*If you lead an LGBT outreach organization and would like to be included as a resource for the LGBT community please contact us at therainbowdragon@yahoo.com.
