Would love some advice and support

I just found this website and was really excited. I am a 35 year old gay male and I always thought that I would be a father and husband. Well, I have been single for 4 years and Mr. Wonderful does not seem to be in the cards. So, I have decided to begin fostering children and move to adoption. I would really like any advice or just find someone else to talk to about these issues. Most of my friends are more worried about partying or fashion as opposed to parenting. Hope to hear from someone soon.

oops, i wasn't logged in for my last comment. to try again - let us know a bit more about yourself, if anything put in a profile! there are a few single gay dads on here, me being one of them. if you like, read my blog (oldest to newest) as i detailed my first "real" foster experience in there. there are other great blogs on here as well, if you look around you will find them. and welcome!
