I have donated embryos that a gestational surrogate will be carrying. Can my name, I am not married, be put on the birth certificate if I am the legal guardian, but not a biological parent? We plan to do this in Illinois.

I would recommend contacting National Fertility Law Center. They have an attorney in Illinois specializing in this area of law www.nationalfertilitylaw.com

Birth Certificate
My partner and I live in Georgia and are going to have a baby together through artificial insemination with an anonymous sperm donor. When I deliver the baby can my partner also sign the birth certificate?
TN laws
i live in TN and my partner carried our son. we are in the process of a second parent adoption, which if approved, will change the birth certificate to allow both of our names. as of now, my name is not on it. in TN, it varries from county to county, some allow the adoptions, some don't. i suggets contacting a local adoption lawyer to see what they say.
