Rosie O'Donnell: No truth to report she's breaking-up with Kelli

Rosie O’Donnell laughed off published reports that she and partner Kelli Carpenter are on the outs.

“We’re hearing that the togetherness of Rosie O’Donnell and Kelli Carpenter, the handsome blonde gal Rosie calls her wife, may not be so together anymore...whatever other difficulties such a breakup might cause, there is also a house full of adopted kids they’re raising,” wrote New York Post gossip columnist Cindy Adams.

Not so, Ro’s peeps say.

“Rosie thinks that Cindy Adams is a lesbian but she doesn’t know it yet,” a rep for the former “The View” co-host told Us Weekly. “She’s going to leave Kelli for Cindy Adams.”

Ro and Kel married in 2004 when the mayor of San Francisco allowed same-sex marriages, but that wedding was declared invalid. Rosie said last month when California gave the go-ahead for gays to get married that she and her gal aren’t going to re-tie the knot until same sex marriage is legal everywhere.

“Because otherwise, I said to Kelli, we’ll be going around touring the country on the marriage tour...state by state,” she said.

The pair, who have been together since 1997, have four children: Parker, 13; Chelsea, 11; Blake, 8; and Vivienne, 5.
