Really need some information about surrogacy

I am a single 43yo who is looking to have a child via surrogacy. I am very new to this, so any suggestions/comments/advice that you'd like to provide would be greatly appreciated!

I have wanted a child all of my life. I am a gay man, have a steady, stable job, and feel that something is missing in my life. After a lot of sould searching, I realized that having a child is something I really want to do. I'm aware of the financial, emotional and time committments....and I'm ready. I just don't know how to go about this.

BREAKING NEWS: Rosie likes casinos. Recently spotted in Halifax

Over 2,000 gay and gay-friendly vacationers cruised into Halifax Wednesday - on board the Norwegian Dawn. The cruise is organized by R Family Vacations, the travel company co-founded by Kelli O’Donnell, Rosie's wife.

Some vacationers used the port to visit the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic, while others waited with crowds to possibly meet Rosie O'Donnell.

What was she thinking?

Okay, I want to start this post by stating that the person about whom I am writing was very sweet and I am sure meant absolutely no harm. However...

About two to three times weekly, I take my 14-month-old son for a morning stroll down to Peet's Coffee. I find Peet's to be much better than Starbucks, but I shall leave that topic for another discussion. Anyway, the stroll is about one mile in each direction, and it gives us some time outside before his morning nap. Generally, I take some fruit and a yogurt for him, and I order a muffin and a dry cap. This morning was no different.

Lambda Legal represents Joey Ramelli and Megan Donovan - former students at Poway High School - in northern San Diego County. Over the course of their junior year, other students taunted them with antigay slurs, going so far as to vandalize Joey’s car and assault him. The two students were forced to drop out of school, and complete their high school education at home as a result of the hostile environment. Despite reporting the incidents to school officials, authorities took minimal or no action.
