Rosie O'Donnell: No truth to report she's breaking-up with Kelli

Associated Press

Funnygal Rosie O’Donnell laughed off published reports that she and partner Kelli Carpenter are on the outs.

“We’re hearing that the togetherness of Rosie O’Donnell and Kelli Carpenter, the handsome blonde gal Rosie calls her wife, may not be so together anymore...whatever other difficulties such a breakup might cause, there is also a house full of adopted kids they’re raising,” wrote New York Post gossip columnist Cindy Adams.

Not so, Ro’s peeps say.

New York gay couple sues Arizona adoption companies

Lambda Legal is filing a discrimination complaint with the New York Attorney General’s office on behalf of a gay couple in New York barred from posting their online adoptive parent profile by Arizona-based Adoption Profiles, LLC and Adoption Media, LLC solely because they are a same-sex couple - violating New York antidiscrimination laws.

Daddy's Little Girl

Potty training for a 13-month-old boy

As a stay-at-home dad, I have a few hours each day when I can jump online and connect with the world. One of my favorite spots, including this site, is AtHomeDad.org. Here I am able to discuss issues relavent to parenting (e.g., dynamics of play dates, eating (or not)), or issues relevant to stay-at-home dads. Well, I happened to come across a posting last week entitled, "distress on the changing table." Essentially, dad was having a hard time with a rambunctious child. Many of us chimed in with advice; yet, one post struck me the most.

Not pregnant yet...a little sad, but we will keep trying!

Just found out that we are not pregnant after the last insemination. Tried very hard to not get our hopes up about it, and to not be hyper aware of everything happening with my body, and that it might be a sign that I was pregnant...wow was that ever hard! We are both a little sad about it not taking, but we will keep trying. So here I go again with all the charting, pee sticks, etc... Was just not meant to be for whatever reason this time around, hopefully it will be soon :)
