playing the waiting game

so we finally tried for the first time last week and let me tell you, these past 6 days ave been incredibly stressful. of course everywhere we read it says to minimize stress, but honestly how in the world is that possible when i'm walking around maybe pregnant, maybe not. i am adhering to all the rules of being pregnant as far as no coffee, beer, plenty of sleep, etc. etc., but this is pure torture. every night we count down how long until we can take a test to confirm either way. any tips on how to survive the next week without this being the only thing that occupies our minds? im trying to stay relaxed because i know stress can only make matters worse but how to relax? none of my standbys are seemingly working. please help us!
