Wives, husbands and partners are MAJOR inhibitors to preventing 'donor', 'illegitimate' and 'adopted' children from meaningful relationships and connections with their bio-genetic father/mother and extended genetic siblings/half-siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and extended family.
