Here is a story that declares beware all over it. Attention those using sperm donors - do it right or this could happen to you.
A sperm donor who helped a lesbian couple conceive two children is liable for child support under a state appellate court ruling that a legal expert believes might be the first of its kind in the U.S.
A Superior Court panel last week ordered a Dauphin County judge to establish how much Carl L. Frampton Jr. would have to pay to the birth mother of the 8-year-old boy and 7-year-old girl.

Does the law scare the ethics out of "donor conception"?
I think this type of legal quagmire does nothing but scare the ethics completely out of this type of family formation. That is so unfortunate.

My name is Ava Kelly and I work for a new website called
PureAdam (www.pureadam.com) which connects those interested in sperm donation. The site works as a platform by which people can find donors or recipients of donation. We act as a safe controlled environment where users can search profiles to find their perfect match for their given circumstances and needs.
PureAdam is a means by which people find each other - the rest is up to them. Whether they choose to donate via artificial insemination or natural means. There are the options for donors to register whether they wish to be an anonymous donor, a donor with limited contact, or a co parent. We guarantee confidentiality and discretion and offer links on the site to reputable clinics, if that is a chosen donation method, and government advice and guidelines.
We launched the website this weekend and welcome all feedback to see what people think of the site. Let us know what you think, what we could improve and any suggestions you have for the site.
As an introductory offer we are giving new members completely free membership, with the ability to send up to three messages per day to other profiles. The three messages per day will usually be $5 per month, and the offer will run up in three months time. Gold membership is $15 per month or $30 for three months and allows up to 10 messages per day to be sent.
