Gail Taylor is President and Founder and the mother of 2 children. Will Halm is the Chair and Co-founder, and a dad with 3 children. And Dr. Kim Bergman is Vice Chair and a licensed clinical psychologist. She's a mother with two daughters.

Growing Generations has assisted in the creation of approximately 600 babies since its start - in 1996 - and the company will welcome about 125 babies this year.
