The begining

Ok, I guess I get to try this again because my computer just got a hair up his butt and shut down - because he could. And thus I lost everything. So here goes.

We started this whole process in January, the old fashioned way. Found a man (ok, so really, we found two...) who we were both attracated to, who was clean and willing to provide the needed ingredient and leave us alone, and had sex... clean cut and simple... and didn't work. AF showed on Feb 2nd.
My DW has decided she doesn't like sleeping with men as much as we origionally felt she would. (we're both bi-ish, but prefer eachother.) So we needed a different method.
We talked to the first guy, who we REALLY REALLY loved, he's awesome, he's a musician, he's intelligent, he's kind... He's so in love with his mistress (yes, the woman who he cheated on his wife for and caused the dissolution of their marriage) that he can't get it up for anyone... but, he is more than willing to ejaculate into a cup for us. SCORE!!!
He tried the natural way, which is how he discovered that he can't... perform. But this he can do. So, four days ago, we had him over and had a giant make-out session and he did his thing and then wanted to watch. This seemed fine but it made me too nervous and her too nervous and everyone too tense. So, two days ago, we did it again only this time, we asked him to leave after he filled his role.
This time it was really nice. We had candles, we had flowers... It was all very quiet and peaceful and calm. She had a nice orgasm, we left the syringe in so that she couldn't push the semen out, we laid together for a few hours with her in "stirups" position, careful not to let anyone out before they had the best possible chance to start heading up into the cervix.
We are almost sure that we will have a positive in two weeks... except, her LH is still up... and www.fertilityfriend.com is still saying she's fertile and it says that she's on day 35 of her cycle (from ovulation to ovulation)... and we've read that it's bad if you have LH for more than 48 hours, you proabably won't ovulate...
So now, we are waiting for the call from the reproductive endocrinologist.
