What a Worthless Ban it is!!

The problem is there is no "BAN" in Utah, because there is always a loop hole so why "BAN" something you can get around with a little Legal advise. I have a friend that didn't even no about the "BAN" and let her brothers boyfriend adopt her son, and all it took was for her brother to stand in the back ground, and the kicker his attorney knew the whole story. They also told her that she would be apart of his life and she's not. So why have a "Ban" that doesn't work anyways. Lift it, its about as worthless as the paper it was written on.

Adoption Ban

It must be lifted! I live in Utah and have lost visitation with my 5 year old daughter because my ex decided to use a homophobic law to serve her own selfish needs. Had I been able to adopt my daughter,I would not be cut out of her life. I am fighting with many to get this done. I look forward to the day that my partner and I can protect our family by being able to adopt.
