I knew a lesbian couple years ago in San Francisco who used the turkey baster method for both of their children. Each one had a pregnancy. One of the women is a doctor and they were able to get pregnant in the privacy of their own home, just like most couples. The sperm donor was a friend who wanted to be an "uncle" and was willing to put himself through personal questioning and tests. What a guy!
