Too funny... I was so proud of Natalie for not eating the sand the first time out UNTIL.... we were cleaning up and putting things away. I was just about to hand her a sippy cup of water, she shoved a fist full of sand into her mouth! You should have seen me... I acted like she had swallowed a 50 cent piece! She just stared at me for a minute then said.."let's go"!

We are a bit too far north. Enjoy the beach. Christopher ate sand during his first visit!

Play Date @ the Beach!

For all those dads that are looking for something to do during the week with their little ones, I would like to extend an invitation to join us for a "Play Date @ the Beach" every tuesday starting on August 26th in Hermosa Beach, bring the family out for a little fun the sun. Ideas for this beach play date are welcome. A 9:00 to 10:00am start time would be preferred as the rays are not as strong for the little ones. Our daughter is 16 months old and would love to share "sand time" with others that enjoy the beach. Bring out a blanket, a few toys and hang out with us.
