Romaine Patterson and her partner Iris welcomed their first child on July 20. Romaine Katherine Patterson was born by c-section at 4:57 PM, weighed in at 10 lbs, 7 oz and measured 21.5 inches.

Romaine (the mom) is co-host of the Sirius Satellite radio's OutQ talk show Derek and Romaine.

In lieu of gifts, the new moms would like donations sent to the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
