my partner and i had our first child in NY state and as far as i know we were both not allowed to be listed on the birth certificate. however i have read a couple of other stories with two fathers being on there. im sorry i oculdnt help you but if you find out another way of going about it could you blog the info i would love the information and im sure many others would as well!! good luck with your baby
