My partner is due in December, and we would like both of our names to be on the baby’s birth certificate. Boulder County District court used to issue a Uniform Parentage Action, after the filing of a Verified Petition for Determination of a Parent Child Relationship for same-sex parents.
Does anyone know if this is still the case, or if other County Courts in Colorado help same-sex parents both be recognized on Birth Certificates
