Just found out that we are not pregnant after the last insemination. Tried very hard to not get our hopes up about it, and to not be hyper aware of everything happening with my body, and that it might be a sign that I was pregnant...wow was that ever hard! We are both a little sad about it not taking, but we will keep trying. So here I go again with all the charting, pee sticks, etc... Was just not meant to be for whatever reason this time around, hopefully it will be soon :)

So the insemination process began again for us yesterday...Our first attempt after waiting for a year after miscarrying after my 2 emergency back surgeries last year. We are using the same known donor as last year that is a family friend - he is half Japanese which was very important for my partner as she wanted the baby to have some of her ethnic backround...she is part Japanese. She cannot have the baby, and I have had 3 from a previous marriage so it just made sense for me to carry.
