This person called me on the phone late at night claiming she wants to be a surrogate for my agency and that her “recipients are clients” of mine. Of course, I have never heard of her so-called recipients, and tell her this it’s 11 PM. I very cordially answer her questions, which become repetitive. She asked if she could be a surrogate at my agency, and I explained to her that I only take surrogates who reside in California because of the very favorable laws here involving surrogacy.
