Any advice on finding a suitable surrogate and egg donor. Growing Generation does not seem to have a lot of biracial egg donors so we are thinking of looking at another egg donor agency. Is that wise to do? Well it increase cost? We are also confused on the surrogate selection process. Do they choose us.or do we choose them? If anyone has been through this please give us a little advice.
Here I am living my life, when my mother called to tell me that she was contacted by the woman who gave birth to me. What!!! I thought you gave birth to me? My mother said she actually did an illegal adoption, after she lost her second child. This totally confused me, I did not know what to think. My mother went on to say that the woman that gave birth to me contacted her and wanted to meet me. I was like, this is a joke right?
So the journey now begins. We had our consultation with Growing Generations, and were very impressed. We have decided that we are going to use them. So now we sign the agreement, find a egg donor and surrogate, and pray all goes well.
So we are still going to go with Growing Generations, as long as we get the money we need, and we have our consultation on April 24. We are hoping things go well, I hope we are making the right choice. We are going to keep everyone here in the loop of our journey, just wish us good luck and a happy turn out. Circle Surrogacy is still in the running though, just want to keep options open, if anyone has any suggestions please let use know.
Depression has set in for me, I had two children that died traumatically about twelve or thirteen years ago and for a long time I did not want to have any other children.
I have been doing some research on Growing Generations and have read some cautions about the company. I have mostly read very positive things about Growing Generations, from surrogates and intended parents, so we are happy that we have decided to go ahead and go for it with Growing Generations. My partner and I have an appointment with them soon,(Yay!!!) and we can't wait to have our first consultation and to start our journey to become parents.
We have searched the Internet, and think we found a donor that we would like to pursue on Growing Generations website, loved her video, and her statistics. We just can't make up our minds whether to go with GG or Circle Surrogacy. I feel like GG gave more accurate information on their site, but my partner feels like we should keep looking at other agencies. Has anyone ever heard of SurroGenesis USA, INC?
