Same-sex marriage advocates winning cash war in Washington state

Washington United for Marriage the coalition leading the fight to make marriage equality legal in the state, has raised almost 14 times more money than those opposed.

The coalition launched its first statewide television ad last week (watch below) urging voters to approve Referendum 74.

Opponents of marriage equality didn’t raise enough money to create a commercial.

Washington United for Marriage is a coalition of more than 500 organizations, congregations, unions, and businesses working together in coalition to defend civil marriage for loving, committed same-sex couples.
