George Clooney auctioning lunch date to help Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network

Mega-star George Clooney wants to raise money for GLSEN, so he’s auctioning a lunch date. He wants to meet you at the Soho House, West Hollywood for some chat and chow. The current high bid is $6,500.00, and it runs until October 11.

GLSEN strives to assure that each member of every school community is valued and respected regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity/expression.

Clooney has earned an Academy Award, three Golden Globes, four SAG Awards, two Critics’ Choice Awards, an Emmy and four National Board of Review Awards, as well as six Oscar nominations, nine Golden Globe nominations, nine SAG nominations, eight BAFTA nominations, three Emmy nominations and nine Critics’ Choice nominations.
