We’re about to enter a new year. Do you have any resolutions? Maybe a life coach can help with your personal growth.

If you are feeling stuck or ineffective- life coaching can offer you the support and encouragement to turn old habits into healthier patterns. Career, romance, and spirituality are typical areas of concern for people wanting to make changes in their lives this time of year.

You and your coach can pursue your unique definition of balance. You’ll concentrate on areas of your life that are satisfactory, and explore ways to make improvements. Through a developed process you’ll be given the necessary tools and exercises to live a more effective, passionate and fulfilling life.

James Knopf is a certified professional Life Coach specializing in personal coaching, organizational team building and consulting in New York City.

James coaches 4 different ways: 1-on-1 sessions, group meetings, telephone calls, and email correspondence. He designs a coaching approach that takes into consideration your schedule, location, and the communication medium with which you’re most comfortable.

Others have been helped with life coaching. Stephen Frost, research director at Conde Naste, says, “James Knopf is brilliant at the coaching thing, plus he is empathetic and funny which was an immense help when he brought me through a career crisis and onto a new and unexpected path.”

Jane Jacobs, a full-time mom raves, “Coaching sessions with James Knopf have had a profound influence on my life. I was unable to focus and get my priorities straight. James’ attentive listening and incisive questioning put me on the right track to finding what I wanted. I’m taking the necessary steps for success and happiness I never imagined possible. He is my cheerleader, my organizer and my coach! Thanks Jimmy!”

For the past year, James has been working with – and coaching – intended parents who are starting the surrogacy experience.

He holds a graduate degree with certification in leadership coaching and team building from George Washington University in Washington, DC, and a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.

James and his partner Bill worked with a surrogate and separate egg donor to help grow their family. They are the Proud Parents of 3 year-old daughter, Madeleine.
